Where we stay
Our accommodation for the second half of 2025 and the whole of 2026 is Atana Musandam in Oman. This is a charming resort located in the heart of Khasab, offering stunning views of the Musandam fjords and the Arabian Sea. Designed in elegant Omani style, Atana Musandam sits on the picturesque peninsula and offers modern comforts whilst still remaining true to local heritage and a traditional aesthetic.
The Accommodation
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and are sold on a twin-share basis. There are a limited number of single supplement rooms which can be reserved during the booking process, subject to availability.

The Twin/ Double Room at Atana Musandam features two comfortable twin beds/ or and modern furnishings that reflect Omani cultural elements. Food and Drink
All breakfasts and lunches are included in the price of your trip, however, please note that evening meals are at your own expense.
This gives you a fantastic opportunity to either eat at the hotel restaurant or explore and experience the local cafes and restaurants of your choice over the course of your trip. The price for eating out in Khasab varies depending on the restaurant. The average price of a two-course dinner in Khasab town is around 10 OMR (£20) while at the hotel, the price is closer to 20 OMR (£40).

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. There is a section to complete within the profile details of your SwimTrek account requesting dietary requirements, which will also allow you to notify us of any dietary preferences. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, due to the remote location of many of our trips, this cannot always be guaranteed, and allergens may be present. Should this be a cause for concern, and you have no safe solution available please reconsider your intent to travel.
If you have either a requirement or preference for specific food or drinks which may be difficult to source on location, we strongly recommend bringing these with you.
