Where we stay
We will stay at two different accommodations during our trip to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. For the first two nights, we will stay at the Blue Lagoon Hotel and Marina on Saint Vincent. We will then transfer to the Bequia Plantation hotel for the remainder of our trip.

Our allocation is based on a mixture of twin and double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Food and Drink
All breakfasts and lunches (except on the half day) are included in your trip price (swimmers only). All dinners are at your own expense.
This gives you a fantastic opportunity to explore and experience the local restaurants of your choice over the course of your trip. The average price of a two-course dinner in Saint Vincent is between ($20) and ($40) per person. Your guides and the team at the hotel will be able to provide recommendations for places to eat.

Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. There is a section to complete within the profile details of your SwimTrek account requesting dietary requirements, which will also allow you to notify us of any dietary preferences.
While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, due to the remote location of many of our trips, this cannot always be guaranteed, and allergens may be present. Should this be a cause for concern, and you have no safe solution available please reconsider your intent to travel.
If you have either a requirement or preference for specific food or drinks which may be difficult to source on location, we strongly recommend bringing these with you.
