Where we Stay
Nestled in the heart of the Aegean Sea, Milos is a true gem of the Cyclades archipelago. This enchanting island is renowned for its captivating landscapes and boasts over 75 magnificent beaches, each with its own unique character. From the tranquil turquoise coves of Sarakiniko to the caves and tunnels of Papafragas, you'll find a multitude of swimming opportunities that will leave you in awe.
The Accommodation
There is a choice between two accommodations on this trip, En Milo and Kymata Studios, both based in the quiet fishing village of Pollonia.
Please note, that if you are staying in the Kymata Studios, breakfast is a short walk to the restaurant in En Milo.
Both are in prime location for us to set out for our swims. There are rooms at both hotels that can be booked as single occupancy during the booking process. If you would like to enquire about single occupancy rooms, please contact our Customer Team directly at info@swimtrek.com.

En Milo
En Milo Studios is located right in the middle of the bay, set 30 metres back from the sandy beach. The studios have a shared pool, and an uninterrupted view of the sea which can be enjoyed either on your large balcony when enjoying breakfast, or your veranda after a long swim.

In En Milo we have two room types, the superior sea view rooms, and the sea view ground floor.
Twin/Double Studio (En-Suite Bathroom)
Located on the ground floor, every studio (23m²/247ft²) has their own sea-view private veranda (8m²/86ft²), a queen-size double-bed or two comfortable single ones and a fully equipped kitchen. The room is decorated as you would expect to see, on such a traditional Greek Island, with white walls and neutral tones throughout.

Superior Studio Sea View Double (En-Suite Bathroom)
Located on the first floor this room (25m²/269ft²) consists of one double bed, or two single beds and a balcony (18m²/193ft²) that boasts a panoramic sea view over the bay of Pollonia. The room is decorated as you would expect to see, on such a traditional Greek Island, with white walls and neutral tones throughout.

All breakfasts and lunches are included in your trip price. Lunches include picnics on our yacht and quiet beaches, as well as traditional Greek lunches in local tavernas. Dinners are at your own expense. Please note that all breakfasts are held at the restaurant in En Milo which is 3 minute (230 metre) walk from Kymata studios.
This gives you a fantastic opportunity to explore and experience the local cafes and restaurants of your choice over the course of your trip. The average price of a two-course dinner in a local restaurant in Pollonia is between €30-€35.
Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. There is a section to complete within the profile details of your SwimTrek account requesting dietary requirements, which will also allow you to notify us of any dietary preferences.
While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, due to the remote location of many of our trips, this cannot always be guaranteed, and allergens may be present. Should this be a cause for concern, and you have no safe solution available please reconsider your intent to travel.
If you have either a requirement or preference for specific food or drinks which may be difficult to source on location, we strongly recommend bringing these with you.

Kymata Studios
Kymata (translated to English means "waves") is built almost on the beach, just 30 metres back, and is just 150 metres to the town centre where you will find the bakery, and fresh food that Pollonia has to offer.
Room Specific Information
In Kymata we have 1 room type available, a twin or double studio.
Twin Studio (En-Suite Bathroom)
This room consists of two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a small veranda. It’s decorated to reflect the local staple that is the beach and the ocean without losing any of the charm you would expect from a Grecian property.
