Join us at Lopud's oldest hotel! Hotel Glavović is a charming, family-owned guest house boasting a large patio area overlooking the bay, with the neighbouring island of Sipan in the distance. It offers the perfect location to relax and enjoy the sunset after a full day of swimming.
Hotel Glavović has been passed down through local generations. The hotel is simple with basic fittings and fixtures. The durable flooring has been selected specifically to reflect beach style matting, which merges the outdoors with the inside décor. The hotel itself sits on a stunning promenade, located next to a sandy beach, post and tourist office, church, local museum, several different restaurants and café bars. Relax into the evening and watch the sun melt into the offing.
The Accommodation
The hotel is scattered with images from its time on the island and the heritage that lives on today. Its beautiful restaurant is right on the waterfront, with far-reaching views over the bay and neighbouring islands. You will also have immediate access to the beach and sun beds offer an essential resting stop after a day of swimming.
Our allocation is based on twin and double rooms with one family room available. There are a limited number of single supplement rooms, which can be reserved during the booking process, subject to availability.

Food and Drink
All breakfasts and lunches are included in your trip price (swimmers only) - however, dinners are at your own expense.
This gives you a fantastic opportunity to explore and experience the local restaurants of your choice over the course of your trip. Your guides and the team at the hotel will be able to provide recommendations for places to eat
Dining Area
Take breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant. You can also opt to enjoy your evening meal here on the seaside terrace. The menu offers a variety of food including meats, sea food, and vegetarian platters.
Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. There is a section to complete within the profile details of your SwimTrek account requesting dietary requirements, which will also allow you to notify us of any dietary preferences.
While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, due to the remote location of many of our trips, this cannot always be guaranteed, and allergens may be present. Should this be a cause for concern, and you have no safe solution available please reconsider your intent to travel.
If you have either a requirement or preference for specific food or drinks which may be difficult to source on location, we strongly recommend bringing these with you.
