Where We Stay

Accommodation for our Ionian Liveaboard trip is aboard the Gulet Hera - a traditional Gulet with a length of 30 meters and total capacity of 25 people. Relax on board

Gulet room

The Accommodation

All 8 cabins are en-suite with their own individual shower, a hairdryer, reading lamps, air conditioner and electric fan attached to each of its cabin’s walls. Our guests will stay in a mixture of double and double with bunk cabins. There are a limited number of single occupancy cabins available and limited non-swimmer spaces. Please note, this is a traditional Gulet style vessel where the double beds can be slightly smaller than a standard double.

This cabin is set up with 1x double bed and 1x twin bunk bed above with an en-suite bathroom. It can be booked for single or double occupancy.

Boat Layout

The boat interior has a cozy sitting area, with a TV and speakers where you will be able to mingle with your fellow SwimTrekkers, listen to music, play board games or read a book from our library. In the same sitting area is the onboard bar.

Besides the outdoor dining area, Gulet Hera offers a huge front deck area, filled with comfortable deck pillows and deck chairs with an additional deck couch for relaxation, meditation and sunbathing!

Dining Area

Enjoy a spacious outdoor dining area on the stern of the vessel, surrounded by cushions for group meals. Besides the outdoor dining area, Gulet Hera offers a huge front deck area, filled with comfortable deck pillows and deck chairs with an additional deck couch for relaxation, meditation and sunbathing!

Dietary Requirements

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. There is a section to complete within the profile details of your SwimTrek account requesting dietary requirements, which will also allow you to notify us of any dietary preferences.

While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, due to the remote location of many of our trips, this cannot always be guaranteed, and allergens may be present. Should this be a cause for concern, and you have no safe solution available please reconsider your intent to travel.

If you have either a requirement or preference for specific food or drinks which may be difficult to source on location, we strongly recommend bringing these with you.
